Meal Prep and Delivery

After the physical transformation of birth, and during the transition as your family adjusts to bringing your new baby home, few things are as powerfully restorative as food. The meals you eat in this time are soothing your tired system, helping your body heal, and connecting you to your cultural and emotional lineage. I greatly respect the physical and emotional power of food, and will combine your dietary and family preferences with my knowledge of postpartum recovery cooking to nourish you.

I have experience cooking for a wide variety of dietary considerations including vegan, vegetarian, and strict gluten-free diets.

Do you want to not even have to think about what meals you want? I have ready set menus, crafted with seasonality and postpartum nourishment in mind.

Do you have particular meals that make you feel comforted and loved and cared for? I am happy to take that into account and work with you so that you can eat just what you want in this tender time.
