As your birth doula I will support you as you navigate pregnancy and childbirth, ensuring that the care you receive is centered around you and your birth goals by providing empathetic and judgement free informational, emotional, and physical support. I want you to feel empowered and safe to birth the way you want to birth: it’s your journey and I’m here to support you through it!

Expect:

Minimum 2 Prenatal visits (building relationship, clarifying birth wishes, basic parental education, postpartum planning).

Partner-specific education and support.

Responsive access via text/phone call for questions, support, or referrals. Continued text support through your baby’s first birthday.

24/7 on call starting at 37 weeks.

Presence during labor starting when you’re ready for me to join.

Minimum 1 Postpartum visit to see how everyone is adjusting and offer support as needed.
